President Rick and Jesse get to know each other in his month’s episode, discussing their respective military careers and backgrounds, before exploring the 91²Ö¿âResiliency Plan. Rick explains why the plan became necessary, what it will achieve and the great care that was taken to ensure that most students will be largely unaffected by changes.
