Students will learn advanced research techniques and generate project-specific organizational paperwork. They will develop figure-drawing and painting skills using traditional and digital drawing techniques. Those designs will translate into costumes, makeup, and characters for traditional theatre and live performance as well as film, television, game development, and the expanding worlds of graphic novels, animation, and digital design. Advancing students will have opportunities to see designs brought to life on stage, in the studio, or in virtual worlds.
